What to Provide

  1. Detailed Project Information:

    • Dimensions and Measurements: Accurate measurements or floor plans of the space are crucial for creating precise 3D models.

    • Design Preferences: Share any specific design styles, themes, or inspirations you have in mind. This could include mood boards, Pinterest boards, or reference images.

    • Brand Guidelines: If you have brand colors, materials, or specific design elements that need to be incorporated, please provide these details.

    • Furniture and Decor Items: If there are specific items you want included in the design, provide images or links to these items.

    • Functionality: Clearly state the primary purpose of the space (e.g., living room, office, kitchen) to ensure the design meets your needs.

  2. Budget and Timeline:

    • Budget: Knowing your budget helps in making design decisions that align with your financial plan.

    • Deadline: Provide a realistic timeline for the project. If you have a tight deadline, please communicate this upfront.

  3. Communication:

    • Contact Information: Ensure your contact details are up-to-date for smooth communication.

    • Feedback: Be prepared to provide timely feedback during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

       

What to Expect

  1. High-Quality 3D Models and Renderings:

    • Expect detailed and accurate 3D models created using SketchUp, and photorealistic renderings produced with D5 rendering software.

  2. Professionalism and Expertise:

    • With extensive experience in 3D design and rendering, I bring a high level of professionalism and creativity to every project.

  3. Client-Centric Approach:

    • Your satisfaction is my top priority. I value your feedback and work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final outcome aligns with your vision.

  4. Timely Delivery:

    • I am committed to delivering your project on time without compromising on quality. Efficient workflow and dedication to meeting deadlines are key aspects of my service.

  5. Revisions:

    • Depending on the package you choose, revisions are included to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

       

What Not to Expect

  1. Unlimited Revisions in Basic Packages:

    • While I strive to meet your expectations, unlimited revisions are typically only included in premium packages. Please review the package details to understand the revision policy.

  2. Instant Turnaround:

    • High-quality 3D modeling and rendering take time. While I aim to deliver projects promptly, instant turnaround may not be feasible for complex projects. Please communicate any urgent deadlines upfront.

  3. Design Changes After Final Approval:

    • Once the final design is approved and delivered, any major changes may incur additional costs. It’s important to provide comprehensive feedback during the revision stages.

  4. Physical Deliverables:

    • My services are limited to digital 3D models and renderings. Physical models or printed materials are not included.

  5. Architectural or Structural Engineering Services:

    • While I provide detailed 3D models and renderings, my services do not include architectural or structural engineering assessments. Please consult with relevant professionals for these aspects.


 

Payment Considerations

Advance Payment

  • Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking and initiate the design process. This ensures commitment from both parties and allows me to allocate the necessary resources for your project.

  • Payment Methods: I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure online payment methods. Please ensure that the payment is made to the correct account details provided in the invoice.
     

Final Payment

  • Completion of Project: The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are handed over. This ensures that all work is completed to your satisfaction.

  • Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to major changes or additional requests after the initial agreement will be communicated and billed separately.
